ADHD 2.0: How It Manifests and Effective Steps To Address It

In this Webinar:

The first step to a better life with ADHD is to learn all you can about it and the common associated conditions. The more you understand how it manifests in you or someone you love, the better you will be able to treat it by building on strengths and unique traits and tackling areas of challenge or weakness.

In this webinar, Dr. Hallowell will offer educators, healthcare professionals, and parents the tools they need to understand what it’s like to have ADHD, how to change their perspective on ADHD, and how to create environments where those with ADHD can thrive.

Dr. Hallowell will share a technique based on brain science that anyone can learn to free themselves from the habit of persistent and debilitating negative thinking. Participants will also learn about the Default Mode Network and why it can take over your brain. Dr. Hallowell will walk you through a program that is practical, evidence-based, and effective in bringing down levels of stress and worry from the toxic zone down into normalcy.

Through this presentation, you will learn simple steps any individual can take, from a child to an adult, to regain a confident and upbeat feeling about everyday life.

Participants who attend live will also have the opportunity to have their questions answered by Dr. Hallowell during a Q and A session.
